Please read this cancellation policy carefully before you book your appointment.  At Psychology Plus, we highly value our time and yours.  Please make sure you understand this policy and that you are comfortable with it before booking your allocated appointment time.

Cancellation Policy

Every client will receive a SMS reminder with the date and time of their consultation 24 hours beforehand.

In accordance with recommendations by the Australian Psychological Society (APS), fees for cancellation of appointments are as follows:

0 – 24 hours notice                  100% of fee required

Therefore if cancellations or changes to your appointment are made with less than 24 hours notice, you are responsible to pay the full consultation cost. Any cancellations need to be made with Psychology Plus by calling 0407 932 758

Appointments at this clinic are in high demand, therefore late cancellations impact both the psychologist and other clients who have been placed on a waiting list.
